I think trident would be a good name would be Hades since he was the god of the underworld. Or maybe Proserpine since he kidnapped her.

A space station? That they're going to send out there full of astronauts? How about "Most Complex Act Of Suicide Ever"? Or "Your Tax Dollars At Work"? Even Mars would be daunting, and a manned mission to Pluto and a space station is beyond human capabilities right now.

A robot probe with a modern ion drive wouldn't have the same problems with solar storm radiation or old age and would cost less. I'd call it "Beagle 1", after the boat Charles Darwin used to tour the Galapagos, and I suppose you could use the same name for a space station.

I would name my ship going to Pluto "The Clyde Tombaugh". Clyde Tombaugh was the American astronomer who discovered Pluto.
