Yes you can be charged with a crime. I'm not sure what they would charge you with, but you could be looking at at least 8 years of jail time if not more. If you knowledgeably give him the AIDS viruses you have just sentenced him to death. You can only be charged if you had a blood test that confirmed you had aids. If you were not tested, and just show symptoms of AIDS, then you cannot because you never got tested for it in the first place. A lawyer could subpoena all your medical records to show that you had an AIDS test done. If you tell him and he still wants to have sex with you, then I would have him sign something, so if he files charges, you have proof that he knew before hand.

20 years ago , no, now absolutely. A variety of criminal statutes exist and if he then tests positive at any time in the future, you could be sued and held liable at the least, in some jurisdictions, it might be considered criminal sexual assault or something similar.
Worse (for you) that is, if he becomes positive and then dies as a result, the crime is called murder and the charge is called depraved indifference, as a result of criminal sexual assault.
If you want have +m2m sex wear a condom otherwise you'll be sent to jail where you will be having unprotected man on man action far more than you really want.

Well it would be immoral to subject a person to aids without their knowledge...I don,t know however about being charged with a crime,I doubt that you would be charged, for the simple reason the person you are having sex with should also take percautions ,since he,s going to be going around having sex.I think some responsibility should lie with him/her as well....No I do not think you would be charged with a crime....should you be charged with a crime ?Yes.

Yes, and you may be sent to prison. There have been many charges brought in the last 20 years against people who have knowingly had sex with someone without warning them.

Yes. If you knowingly have AIDS and slept with someone and did not tell them beforehand and they get the virus, you could be charged with attempted murder. I don't see how someone could be that selfish...that's just mean. (even in a hypothetical situation)

Yes, in some states you can be charged. Attempted murder is just one of the crimes you could be charged with.
Peace.

In this day and age, no responsible person should have sex without a valid AIDS test. You may not know you have it, your former lover or husband may have cheated and infected you.
