It depends what sort of a concert it is! Let what you're wearing reflect the mood of the concert, but don't try to imitate the band/singer (ie Iwas at the Pussycat Dolls and some girls actually went out and bought Pussycat Doll clothes that barely covered their ***!) If it's a poppy one, then wear maybe jeans, pumps, a dressy top and some cute accessories and makeup! Don't wear heels unless they're REALLY comfy! For winter - try boots?? They're very popular and very nice! If it's rock, I'd wear dramatic eye makeup, jeans and a nice top as well! If it's classical, I'd dress up a little, and maybe wear a skirt!

You should wear something comfortable, because you'd be staying in it for a while. I'd say skinny jeans and a stretchy, black top with a short leather jacket and black pumps. Do your hair in a crazy bun and put on some eyeliner and clear lip gloss for the concert, it'd look awesome!

I would definitely wear closed toe shoes. I can't tell you how many times my toes were bruised because I wore sandals to concerts. Besides that whatever is comfortable and cool, there will be lots of people around so that means more body heat...hotter.
