Good early warning systems and a good evacuation plan can prevent loss of life, but that's it.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about typhoons and hurricanes, when nature unleash it's power the only thing we can do is be prepare and evacuate the zones of their path, I live in Miami, I've been through hurricanes and I know what is like..âº
