Black absorbes all colors of the rainbow. When it passes to the inside, it looses energy and turns in to infrared ling. This means heat.
All the other colors would reflect that color and not absorb it. This would have less than the entire spectrum absorbed in to the car.

Black. No matter what the time of the year.
The thing what we call black is more like a fact that a substance at which we look is absorbing all colors of light. Red is the kind of substance, which absorbs mostly the colors different than red, which it mostly reflects. Of course it is not said that it has to absorb them wholly. That is why we have different shades of every color - it's a mix of different co lours of light reflected by the surface.
Now, as the light - and thus, heat - is absorbed best by the black color than it would be the black car that would be the hottest. It would be even hotter if it had white upholstery inside (white refracts all the light, thus the light and the heat would get inside and escape slower because it would be mostly reflected inside the car).

Black as it takes in energy and heat in from the sun. Mainly why solar power plants use black. The white car will reflect light but won't be as warm.

In the order you give them: black hottest, because most light is absorbed and turned to heat energy, white coolest because most light is reflected and red in the middle.

Black because it contains the most colors of the visible light spectum and can reflect the IR that we can't see and so it will reflect all the colors that it contains and in reflecting all the wavelenngths the most energy is transfered to the metal through the reflecting of all the wavelengths that are visable and not visable. thats why solar panels are black too. better energy transfer

Black will absorb most heat but if you have your heater on or a window open this might make more difference.

Black because it absorbs the heat rather than reflect it back.

u see, winter and snow makes the air cold. sun comes from heat so the winter has overcome the heat. sometimes u feel and sometimes u oni can feel the sunlight but not the heat of the sun. but wat if it is, then the hottest is still black.
