Ask your instructor, all studios have different dress codes. For ballet most men were black tights, a white t-shirt, and black ballet shoes. A black unitard might work as well. If you really don't feel comfortable wearing tights, your teacher might let you wear black shorts. You'll need tap shoes of course and maybe jazz shoes or jazz sneakers (unless you're allowed to use ballet ones) Leg warmers are more often worn by girls then guys. If you're older than maybe 12 you should probably use a dance belt, but kids under that age don't usually need one.

here are some pics that might help you out.

You usually wear black jazz pants for tapp and jazz. for ballet first you put on the tights then the leotard then the belt then the leg warmers. Theres no reason to be fretting about it. Don't wear a bra under your leotard because most people will be able to see it and in jazz and tap wear the black jazz pants over your leotard. You can usually buy all iteams online or at dance stores.
