Planets like Mars would have been converted to be the second home for earthlings. There may be even tours to other solar systems.
The human being's DNA would have been modified to one which could sustain and resist radioactive waves.

there will definetly be humans living on the moon and on mars and possibly space stations made just for living in. The professional astronauts will be able to go to almost (if not all) the planets in the solar system.
