I would choose Gallery Hotel even though it's not the most luxurious hotel in Singapore. I like it for its superb modern interior decor and indoor swimming pool.

Shangri-La Island Wing. Tropical settings, nice pool, away from the hustle and bustle.
The Four Seasons is rather nice too!
Someone suggested the Gallery? That is a 2 star hotel in my opinion!
