Some people dotn have easy access to their roof and if they do they may be worried about structure of the building or of their safety. The toilet is inside and secluded, secure. They can forget all their worries and responsabilities because when your on the toilet your on the toilet and you can think about anything you want. Its like a break.

probably for the most obvious reason is that people don't want
sh!t and pi#s all over thier roof, and the toilet is the place for that sort of motion........ weird question
