I have seen little progress and improvement during the competition with the exceptions of Robert (voted out a few weeks ago) and the McDs. Ben and Leona started good but have not made any positive steps forward, or much in terms of the breadth of performance either. For several rounds the McDonald Brothers were clearly the worst act, but last week they were quite a way from the worst, certainly in the top three. If this improvement continues, you can expect to see them in the final.
As to who is going to win, the financial forces behind the program have far more influence on that than the combined votes of England and Scotland. The one who wins, will be the one who will make the most money for the company promoting the show.

The MacDonalds because Sean Connery and Billy Connelly are probably going to pay a huge gang of people to sit and text votes in for 2 hours solid.
And this is coming from a big Rod Stewart fan.
Bloody phone votes - so, so sad when nationality comes before talent. Might as well just leave the judges to make the decisions. But then Simon Cowell wouldn't get so much money, would he?

Leona is by far the most talented. A bit too Mariah Carey / Celine Dion for my liking but Ben is the next best and to me he is far too Jon Bon Jovi etc. I think Leona is the obvious winner though.

leona or ben. i want ben to but i think leona will as it is always the lads that win. dont get me wrong they have always deserved to but like i say thats what will probably happen. also at the end of the day they will both come out winners ps i am a huge fan of the show

Hopefully Ben. Leona is the better singer but she was a bit if a whinger at the beginning and I can't stand the thought that Simon Cowell was deliberately giving his other singers a poor choice of song to make it easier for her.

I hope Leona wins,i dont normally watch it but have started tuning in these last couple of weeks,i cant stand the wee dude who used to be in brookie,he`s totally crap!!
As for the MacDonald bros i dont think they are exactly brilliant either but i feel i need to vote for them cos they`re scottish!!
