The last one was the dual Harley-Davidson engine powered Easyrider at 322mph which held the record for 16 years.
In 2006 during the speed trials, the Ack Attack running dual Hayabusa engines beat the record reaching 342.797mph and held the record for two days.
A second bike, the E-Z hook running a single ZX11 engine, reached a single run fastest speed at 355mph but blew a front tire and couldn't make the required second run.
Ultimatelty, at the last hour, the BUB Number Seven reached 350.884mph and currently holds the record as the worlds fastest bike.
For stock bikes, the 99-00 Hayabusa still holds fastest. For street legal bikes, the jet bike would be fastest. For quickest stock street bike, I think it's the new ZX14 Ninja.

street bike for particular. happening steep mountain fairly does not gage if the bike it quicker. The checklist for a street bike is 167mph at bonneville, drafting. lower back which ability little. in case you took 2 same riders and raced on a comfortable street the line bike might consistently be plenty quicker. the considerable reason is the wheel and tire distinction. If the MTB had shocks that could desire to make it even slower. The extra MTB weight might have a small result however the extra suitable aero street bike place might have a significant result.

Just saw it this weekend at the International Motorcycle Show. It's a 3000cc custom built V4 motor that puts out 500bhp. It hit 350+ mph out at bonneville. NEW WORLD RECORD
