That certain outfits look good on me.......for instance "that's a very nice suit you are wearing". Usually about the clothes. I'm tall so my clothes get noticed more.
And yes, when I wear a certain perfume I get asked what I'm wearing......usually when I wear "Angel"......by Thierry Mugler....smells delicious!
