The area of a rectangle is calculated by length x width.

L = 6 and W = 3, so the area is 6 x 3 = 18

It's c) 18 cm2. Because 6 times 3 is 18. That is how we find the area. Length times width. Or side times side.

But if you want o find the perimeter it would be 6+6+3+3 (each of them are each side). and the answer would be the same too except not without the power. lolz
