The only difference between a rut and a grave is the depth.

Do you find this to be true?

What do you do to get out of a rut?

wow that is a very good question Autumn! You are so right and I should know...I am in a huge rut right now myself...I would say the depth but then I also do volunteer work so the rut might not be as bad as it seems...you really got me thinking on that one!
Change your life course and jobs...which I am thinking very seriously of doing.

First, you have to want to leave the safety of the rut. It will require determination and strength. You have to stay focused, because you will be challenged by obstacles when you start that arduous journey.
