The best of the current crop is probably Petr Cech. It's hard to pinpoint a weakness in his game. However, the sickening injury he suffered recently may make him think twice about going for 50-50 balls in future.
Best keeper of all time? In my lifetime I have been fortunate to see some of the latter day greats in the flesh. Peter Shilton, Neville Southall, Bruce Grobbelaar (yes, really!), and Pat Jennings (his performance for Northern Ireland in a Mexico '86 World Cup qualifier against England at Wembley in 1985 remains the best goalkeeping display I have ever witnessed in a game).
However, I have never seen a better keeper than Peter Schmeichel. His physical presence and command of the penalty area (and his defence; just ask Messrs Bruce and Pallister!) was simply awesome. And this is coming from Mr Anti-Man U himself (ie, me).

Goalkeeping is the toughest job i would say on the footballfield. I am a goal keeper myself of my college team. In the premiereship i would say Jens Lehmann from Arsenal deserves the place of the best goalkeeper. Basically he is fit to play everytime. His stretch and reaction as well as judgement are excellent. Other than him I can say Shay Given from Newcastle United and Peter Cech from Chelsea are also good GK.

Lev Yashin

The best right now is Petr Cech, by a longshot.
Igor Akinfeev from CSKA Moscow is going to be in about 2 or 3 years when he moves to a major club. He is only 20, became the Russian #1 at 19 (Lev Yashin did so at 26), he help CSKA win the UEFA cup last season, he's going to be a legend.
