I always come back to them. They can be overplayed, and it may cause you to leave them alone for awhile. But they are that good for a reason.

I have just come to that conclusion. I am running Pachelbel's Canon on Youtube, and had no idea there were so many bad versions of if. I just watched 20 guitarists do a version that just wasn't right, but I couldn't stop listening, and trying to figure out which two guitars were wrong.

I was actually thinking about that the other day. I remember commuting back and forth and the radio would play certain songs over and over until I got sick of them. But, now when I hear those songs on the radio...it reminds me of those moments back then. I know where I was in my life when that song was being drilled in my head. ; ) So to me, they are like bookmarks in my life's story.

'Livin' La Vida Loca'. Even after everyone from the ages of five to seventy started singing it after watching Shrek 2, it's still a great song.
