sometimes when you ejaculate you strain yourself and that may cause it to feel like its stinging. also it could be some fluid from the girl got into the opening of your penis or soap if you are are masturbating in the shower or bath.
also if you have any abrasions, etc on the penis, then those things to could cause it to sting.

It's not normal, but not uncommon. It could be a prostate infection or a urinary infection. Drinking cranberry juice often helps along with a good multi-vitamin with zinc in it. A trip to a Urologist wouldn't hurt.

If there was a lot of stroking - there may be some irritation. If it happens all the time - he probably needs to make an appointment with his doctor just to be safe and have it checked out.

if the body dont have enough water it may sting like that. could also be a yeast infection yes ladies can pass it to guys.

Occasionally it might, almost like the tingling sensation you get if you haven't urinated for a while. If this happens more than occasionally, get it checked out.
