Hair: I have very thick layered dark brown hair. It is slighty wavy, and it is a little longer than my shoulders.
Eyes: I have bright blue-green eyes. They are large and round. In addition, I have long eyelashes that are hard to curl, but they are black naturally.
Face: I have naturally normal skin that is mostly fair. I rarely break out, and they are usually gone in a day or two. It is very clear most of the time. My face is oval.
Lips: I have nice and plump lips.
Other: I am a young teen, so I certainly do not want to wear a ton of makeup that is trashy and such. I do wear a small bit of makeup now, but I am looking for some color advice. Thank you!

A Little Indulgence: Makeup Colors for Dark Hair and Blue Eyes
Using pinks, berries and wood roses.
We often find ourselves reaching for the same old colors year after year. In this section of Beauty.about.com, I will be putting together mini lessons of colors that you might never have considered.
In the graphic to the right you will see a face with several numbers pointing to different areas. Below, you will find details explaining what each number represents along with the necessary instructions for placement.
**Remember that the shape of your eyes, nose and face in general are going to be different from the next person who uses these colors. This is your time to play makeup artist. Use the colors suggested and try placements that you might never have tried before. You might find a brand new technique that you will love!
1. Shadow for lid: shimmering pink to emphasize the blue.
2. Crease Area: none
3. Liner: Black smudged into lashes.
7. Beneath Eye: none
4. Mascara: For this fresh clean look, we are using no mascara, or if you can't live without, use a very light hand.
5. Blush: We are using a different color and texture for our blush for this look. Imagine a rosy wood shade that stains the cheek rather than the typical powder look. Be sure to blend well.
6. Lips: Think raspberries and then finish with a topcoat of gloss.

I would put a head band in your hair, after shinning it with what ever you use I've heard blow drying it with a round brush when it's dry works or using lemon juice.
I would use a navy blue eyeliner only on the bottom. I'd put on one stroke of blue, green, black or brown mascara. On layer of white eyeshadow to lighten up your eyes followed by blue for color then white again so the blues not to trashy.
For your face you should use liquid foundation with a sponge and evenly smooth it around your face add a pinkish reddish blush. Then if needed apply a light bronzer with a brush.
Lastly for your lips a gloss flavored is better.
Write back if you try this

you sound beautiful, already.but for color take it easy.blue eyes,um you should keep it as natural as possible, but for a party and such color is great, you should try the new hip colors from revelon.i would go with a little darker blue than your eyes.some eye liner, for those hard to curl lashes, get a eye lash curler, and the best mascara i found is the double extend by l'oreal.it does great.being young is already pretty.so have fun experimenting.

Browns will really bring out your eyecolor. Keep your eyeliner clean, put it on the inner part of your lower eyelashes. A coat of good mascara will naturally curl your eyelashes.

Hi,
You're kind of like me too. I think you should wear golden brown eyeshoadow, light pink lipgloss, and very little mascara (probably one coat) that's brown-black colored. hope you like what I suggested!
