Please can someone help me? My printer won't print anything. It just asks to save doc when i click on print. It was working but now it does not. I have tried all troubleshooting but i can't find the problem. would be most grateful for anyones help.

I have found that the best way is to uninstall it from add & remore
and then re-install with the CD that came with your print.

This can happen from two things. Check to see what printer you are actually printing to. Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat install "software printers". If you try to print to this type of "printer, they will come up with a "save as" dialog box.
The other case is when you have "print to file" checked in the "print" dialog box. This checkbox is located directly under the "properties" button.

When you try to print, a dialogue box should pop up. Make sure that your printer is selected.
Also, go to Control Panel/Printers. Be sure that your printer is the default.

first check ur printer is connected to the computer correctly or not
if yes then check it is installed or not.
if not then go to control panel then click on printers and faxes icon
install the printer driver and related software and then print the test copy
it will print

click print through yout 'file' option at the topof the page. the boxappears where you select how many copies you want etc. you need to select your printer in that box. its a drop down option near the top.

try reinstalling to see if it works again remove from the pc double check leads
check device manager if it has error beside it and remove printer from there then install again .
check the printer in on line ready to print my printer needs you to put it into standby mode and its always after i hit print i realise i have to press just one button !

on the page which asks you to save document, click on Change, on the drop down menu from there, your printer should be there click on it, when you do that it should now have a print button

Please here two persons gave the correct answer...
When you give print then Select you correct "Printer" in Printer area and Confirm is there any tick on "Print to File" option if did please release that tick and then give Ok/Print..

check the print to file box is not ticked in the print dialogue box.
