Well, "technically" they are not getting paid.
the college doesn't pay their team, but outside people do (look at Reggie Bush).
I love USC, and I'm going to guess you are a Michigan fan judged by this question, lol.
But, I think that no college directly pays their players in anything other than scholarships, which are perfectly legal. Yet outsiders like in Reggie Bush's case do get pay them occassionally.

USC, look at how much has gone on at that University and I just mean what has been exposed. Come on about all that was exposed at OSU was Clarrett claimed they got passing grades for being on the team basically. Like that doesn't happen at EVERY Division 1 College?

i would go with USC. come on its in LA. look at all the money being thrown around on big picture movie deals and tv shows. of course a lot of the people who graduated from USC are actors, writers directors producers and some of those peeps are boosters and i would bet have greased the palms of some the trojan elite players. look at ohio state. come on maurice clarret, would you actually pay him to stay in school? look at souther california. hell if i were a booster i would pay a kid to play college football just to keep his attention from being on movies stars and all of the trapping that come with it. plus its hollywood.

since USC probably costs more than ohio state, i would go with USC. their scholarships are probably worth more in dollars than ohio state's

i prefer how the colorado buffalos would "pay" their players during the heyday of rick neuheisel & gary barnett-hot chicks.
