in he's biography (which is well worth the read!) it says that there ae no more plans for the pheonix nights - however there is something in the pipe line for max and paddy.
I hope they hurry up, its clearly the funniest thing on TV!!!

I don't think Peter Kay is planning any over the next couple of years but I think he may do something more with it in the future. Either that or another series of Max & Paddy.
