of travel, in a vacuum, exactly 60mph, I was standing on the side of the rode where he released the ball, WHAT would it do?

WHAT does you standing on the side of the road have to do with anything? Why does it have to be a Pro pitcher? What kind of truck was he in? Why was the ball in a vacuum? The ball would stay right by the truck.
