A friend of mine, a pastor, wants to start his own Christian radio show in Spanish. What is the best way to achieve his dream if he has limited financial resources and has no connections to the radio broadcasting personnel?

You could start doing it on the internet for free and have paid ads on the website. once you get a following you can go t a radio station, show them your following, and ask for a job. they might hire you based on your following.
