It really depends on where you live. EB Games, Gamecrazy and Blockbuster are giving cash for games. There are some other smaller businesses where I live that will also give cash. Your best bet is to go on eBay, where you won't get ripped off.

eb games that's if u can find 1 and if it hasn't turned into a gamestop.
