Does anyone know who can fix a broken HP 650C in 93305 Area Code?

I bought an HP 650C on ebay, was told it just the cages were broken outside. Ithought I could manage it since I only need to print 20 pages a month. It came with broken pieces inside. It came with no manual too.
I cannot afford $490.00 anymore since I have paid for this. Any one

You will need a service manual and some experiance repairing the printer.
