Slumber Parties are all about staying up all night, whispering, giggling and lots silliness. Sillier the better. Pajama contests, pillow fights, wacky makeovers followed by a talent show
Movie Trivia: Have everyone watch a video; then make up trivia questions about the movie they just watched. Have a contest to see who can come up with the most correct answers. You can also read through teen magazines and collect trivia about the latest stars. Then quiz the partygoers to see who knows the most about each star.
No-Mirror Make-Over: One of the best themes for a sleep-over party -is a Make-Over theme. Have a beauty contest in which the contestants have to apply all of their make-up without a mirror. This is a game in which the most hideous contestant wins the prize.
Name That Brand: Have a contest to see who can list the most names of brands of make-up. Whoever can list the most names wins a prize.
Nutty Sleep-Over Antics: Here are some fun things that can be done to the first people who fall asleep (knowledge of this should keep the party going for quite a while).
* Put the sleeper's hand in warm water- (This is supposed to induce them to have to go to the bathroom)
* Throw someone's panties/bra in the freezer
* Place a rubber snake on the pillow of an "early sleeper"
* Put shaving cream on a sleeper's hand and then tickle their nose with a feather (Isn't a face full of shaving cream what all "Party Poopers" deserve?)
Don’t forget to have disposable cameras and a video camera around to capture the fun moments.

If you want to take the easy way out, but still have a ton of fun, I would recommend buying either Apples to Apples or Loaded Questions. They're both amazing board games which allow you to be creative and learn crazy things about your friends. There is one game that's fun called Piggly Wiggle. You have one person leave the room, everyone crawls under a blanket or sleeping bag. They then come back and sit on someone and say Piggly Wiggly. The person underneath oinks a couple times and the person sitting on the person the tries to guess who it is. I know this description sounds like it's for five year olds, but I played it with some girls in high school and it's hilarious. Have fun!

Have a snipe hunt or treasure hunt. If the weather is good, you can hunt outside. Otherwise, hide clues around the place to a treasure's location. You could even have your parents or someone else hide them so that you can also be a searcher. It doesn't have to be much. Have them find a sock or something. The fun is in the hunt and trying to figure out the clues/directions.

Truth or Dare!!
Otherwise, try this one...get everyone to write down three bizarre facts about themselves (two false, one not) and try to guess which one is true! It's a great icebreaker and gives people a little more info about yourself!!
Another one is to get everybody to write down one random sentence, fold over that sentence, pass it on, and in the end the story is SOO funny!!
And u can always watch a movie or talk about guys if it gets boring!

I know a game where you all dress in black and pour some baby powder or cooking powder into a sock and start a war of powder, it's fun
you can also play truth or dare, that's a classic

truth or dare, piggily wiggly ( evreyone gets ino someone elses sleepingbags and hides while one person trys to guess who is inside the bag with out looking) board games, make over, tag, hide and seek outside

well depends on type and age, but 'hide and go get it is fun' more on an adult type game i m guessing, but u can always make something up, me and my friends used to go to the mall, and split up and see who could get the most phone numbers. =) then prank call em at night.... ok ok ok not a great idea but sure is fun!
