What ever happened to giving the team that dose not have home field advantage 3 points. If this rule had been applied then the game would have been a tie. Using this rule would mean that the University of Michigan and Ohio State Buckeyes (what the hell is a buckeye any ways) would be tied and should team off for the championship. Go Michigan Oh how I hate Ohio state. Sorry I tried to control myself. I've sunk to the level of a buckeye.I'm ashamed. But as a spectator, I see that Michigan fans have a lot more class. Michigan students don't vandalize cars in Ann Arbor Mi. that have Ohio plates on them like the Ohio State fans do to cars in Columbus that have Michigan plates on them. I heard in the news that in Michigan, they were advising people not to drive to the game with Michigan plates on there cars. Ohio state even had the Michigan teams bus and the players searched before a game. And I think it was in 97' that Ohio fans flipped a car over when they won. But I guess that would be unreasonable to expect anything less from Ohio State fans.

If USC beats UCLA today then forget about it. USC will be playing OSU for the title. I personally would love a rematch. I think a game between these two rivals on a neutral field would be awesome. But, I am a MIchigan fan and really want them to have a shot at the title. Florida could jump Michigan in the standings if they beat Arkansas today. The best thing that could happen would be for Ohio State to blow out USC in the title game. Then Michigan and Florida would both be angry enough to get some serious talk going about a playoff system.

Michigan is a great team, but stop crying over spilled milk. You had your chance and you lost the game.

Ask Rutgers...I would guess they would want a rematch with Cincinnati.

Ask the New York Mets...I would guess they would want a rematch with the St. Louis Cardinals.

Ask the Indianapolis Colts...I am sure they'd love to be able to replay the game against the Pittsburgh Steelers in last season's playoffs.

Ask France...I am sure they'd love to replay Italy in the World Cup Finals.

I could go on and on...

How is Michigan different than any of these examples???

Michigan had their chance and lost the game. I don't think a team should be able to play for the National title if they did not win their confrence. There are several other teams who deserve their fair shot at Ohio State.

I think it would have been a diff outcome too, but a rematch is going a bit far. USC has a great squad and I think deserves another crack at it.

GO RUTGERS!!!
