Tools > Internet Options > Content Tab > Auto Complete Button > Clear Forms Button
Uncheck the box for Forms if you don't want it to stay there.
All these "Clear your history" suggestions will never solve your issue.

You also need to turn off "auto-complete". That can usually be found in your browser settings. In IE it's Tools>Internet Options>Advanced Tab and make sure "Use Inline Autocomplete" is not checked. You'll get a thousand people to tell you how to clear your browser history but if this setting is turned on, it will always start "filling in" for you.

That's auto fill.
That really sucks to have.
I'm not sure how to uninstall it.
But i know if you click on a search box, all the things you have searched will come out. Then you can just scroll down to the thing you want to delete and press delete.

Download CleanUp. It is a awesome little program. It will clean up all the junk that piles up just while surfing. I use it each time I log off. It has never caused me any problems at all. You can download it from http://www.stevengould.org/software/cleanup/
