If you apply for a job online and got shortlisted, you can expect a phonecall and the interview mostly will be made by phone. Watch that time how you answer the phone to give a good impression. Make a list of all questions you have (regarding the contract) i.e. benefits, holidays, health insurance, housing etc.
Otherwise just answer the questions.

If you should have the interview here in Dubai. it's not any different then anywhere else.

Get some background informations about the company you want to work for.

good luck!

i guess by simple suitable appearance + giving small presentation about your job history "not in details". + ask smart questions about the company " you will need some info's about the firm you're applying to+ if in Dubai then if the salary is enough for your basics then you can start negotiating for more
