New York says they own the wild animals. If my animals get out and cause dammage I get sewed and fined. The deer eat my corn,garden,landscape. the coyote's kill my sheep. the squirls chew holes in my house, even the wood peckers peck my house.

Animals will be animals. I feel comfortable in saying that this is New York State's attitude. You have a right to have what you want. I guess, if you want to live there you have to deal with it. Some animal, no matter what, will be attracted to anything you have. Do you understand my point?

If you try to sew New York state, there WILL be damages. See if you can get a local seamstress to take your case, most have free consultations

Because they are wild animals and yours are somewhat domesticated. Besides, you would be suing youself in a way.
