Change your diet to better foods, eating foods that the body can use as fuel will really get you going. Eat small amounts 4 to 6 times a day will train your body to use these better foods to keep you pumped. Find time to exercise or just walking will boost your energy level like you wouldn't believe. Eating fast food will kill your drive big time. Good luck!
