Hi friend You Can do this two way.
1. Right click on a name in friend list --click on profile/

2. http://profiles.yahoo.com/yahooid
You can also type this address on internet explorer
& press enter. Make sure u replace "yahooid" with a specific yahoo id.

hello:on your yahoo homepage look for yahoo 360.click on that and it contains profiles of every yahoo user who decided to create a profile.Hope this helps
