As a piano instructor of fifteen years, I would suggest the following:
1. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, of course.
2. Split up the parts - play the left hand alone first and then play the right hand alone. Put them together when you are very comfortable with both.
3. "Swallow" the piece in bite-sized bits. Figure out a timeline for when you would like to have it completed and master just so much each day.
4. One other idea that may seem a little silly is something I used to do when I was a student myself; I opened a window or door so that neighbors would have the possibility of hearing me work on the piece and it was motivation for me to work really hard to make it sound good! :o)
I hope these suggestions help. I had one more in the back of my mind but couldn't remember it when I was typing, so I'll write more if I remember it later.
Good luck!

play the piece through and at every touble spot , take that phrase and play slowly over and over until you can play that part 3 times perfect in a row , then move on to the next trouble spot . After working on all trouble spots try to play song through perfect everytime you make a mistake work on just that part for a couple of measures till it is perfected.

It depends if you already know how to play the piano or not.
Thisi is what I alway do when I'm learnign a new piece:
1. play first RH, then LH
2. Once you feel comfortabel with RH and LH, try it slowly with both hands
3. if you are having dificulties with certain parts, play them slowly until you are better
4 and finally PRACTISE, PRACTISE!!!!!!!¨
"practise makes perfect!"

The best and ONLY way to master it is to PRACTICE it and PRACTICE it over and over again.. Assuming that, of course, you already know how to play the piano

You never said whether you not you already had an understanding of music...how to read it...whether or not this is your first go at it. Can't really say.
