Its pretty simple-pull out a calculator. Or mentally...
think of it this way. 60,000,000 is really 60*1,000,000.
So your problem is 60*1,000,000/45. You can swap the numbers and end up with 1,000,000*60/45. So divide 60 by 45 (you get 1.3333333.....) and have 1,000,000*1.33. Which equals 1,333,333.33; minus taxes. plus a penny left over you get to fight over.
