Problem with downloading J2SE for windows,how else can get it?

Question

I tried to get it from download.com and also from java.com and also sun.com.but seems when i click on download button it always encounters a problem and needs to be closed!
any idea to download it?
Or can anybody send J2se for windows to me?(i have windows xp,sp2)

u can also download from incometaxindia.gov.in the latest version.
