Ask her what she thinks...

"Hey, have you noticed if I seem like I've been feeling more sad than usual? I've been feeling a little strange lately and I think I may be being a little sad. What do you think?"

If she's that fragile, you need to find a new person to confide in. A person like this is what we call an emotional vampire. They take and can't give back (sympathy). They're not trying to be mean, they just don't know how to do it.

u can always tell someone how you feel without telling her yourself. Tell a thirdparty, ie best friend/sister/someone very close to her and he/she will let her know. or u can always write. note: choice of words used is very important. goodluck!
