Maybe she already does! Take her out (don't call it a "date") and make her feel like a queen. Bring her somewhere she loves. Tell her how much you like her shoes (seriously). Don't come on too strong, just try to open her eyes that it might be a good idea to be more than friends. Put your arm around her while you're out. Hold her hand. See how she reacts. If you build up slowly you'll get the idea if she's open to this or not. She may want to stay just friends, and if you truly care about her, you should be ok with that, too.

go to her place & just say to her by offering some gift.believe me it is going to definately work coz it happened with me also.
