A real language, not a language you invented and only you can understand.

Yes I do.
English is my second laguage.
But I use it all the time and have not used my first languages since I was a child.
It seems when I am drunk or tired the older languages just come out. Funny too most times I have trouble remembering how to speak them.
But my grammer is good when drunk or tired.
The languages are Navajo (Dine) and German.
My family were Austrians that moved to the states and worked in the Uranium mines on the reservation.
I picked these up only as a child.
I find it odd it happens. I would swear I am speaking English. Few understand the Navajo but some of my friends speak german.

euh... oui mdr.
i sometimes babble in French when I've had too much to drink (even though I'm underage lolz). Once someone spiked the punch at a family get-together and everyone was smashed lolz. I was speaking French and a spatter of Japanese :P

My husband does. It's hilarious. He speaks English and Spanish. When he is loaded he speaks Spanish to whoever it is. His friend said he showed up at a bar and was speaking spanish to them. They told him to speak English because he wasn't where he thought he was.
