yes,it is really good cause it has no loading pages things awesome seeing like good controls i got one for my birthday and i just loved it!

All the systems have their pro's and con's. The xbox 360 is the most powerful, and since it is mabe by microsoft, the hardwear is VERY stable, and the system is upgradeable. The graphics are also just mind numbing. The Nindendo WII is the most affordable, which is what nintendo has always tried to do. They have always wanted their products to be accessable to everyone. The PS3 works with a system called a floating processor. Instead of relying on one powerful processor like the nintendo or xbox it relies on three small processor to share the work. This in conjunction with its new programming language (blue manta) allows the PS3 to play very smoothly even during points in the game where other systems would slow down due to alot of action. So, if your son is most worried about graphics then you made the right choice.

It all depends on the age of your son. I bought it for my three week old son, he does not play much so I do it for him ;)
Seriously though, if he is under 10 I'd look at the Nintendo Wii. It's more interactive and you might have fun playing it with him too. The X-Box 360 is amazing but its for serious gamers - over 10 and he will love it.
