Im looking for a way of extracting sulphur, however the way must simple as Im not allowed to use a lab. Also it has to come from a natural resource (preferably found around malaysia)

you can use the chemical reaction :
H2S + SO2 ---> (with temperature) S + H2O

one thing the last guy didnt say, as good as his answer was, is that in malaysia, a ring of fire country, you should be able to extract sulfur right off the ground if you are near a volcano or a hot spring... you could use your fingers, or if it is too hot... a pair of tongs
