They probably do wish they were but the way the big east did this year they probably would have wanted to be an independant like Norte Dame, Navy, and Army. The big east is a smaller confrence but its not that bad this year with 3 teams in the top 15...2 of them with only 1 loss.

Who knows, but I think Miami should play my team (Florida State) in a bowl game, the toilet bowl.
