LSU. Has anybody else noticed how LSU is used for a measuring stick to size up how good their team is? LSU is the most talented team in the NCAA but don't have big playmakers to rely on week after week. They have plenty of depth in all positions that are so good that you can't tell the difference in 1st string and 2nd string. They either win as a team or lose as a team. LSU will be National Champions next year. Watch and see.

I think the kinks in ND's armor have been well noted. They were soundly beaten by the likes of Michigan and USC. LSU has played a really tough road schedule and could easily have only one loss this year (i.e., they did not match up well against Florida but should have beaten Auburn). The Tigers are an entertaining team to watch as is Michigan and it should be a good game. So LSU would definitely be my choice.

Looks like Michigan will be in the Rose Bowl so the other team has to be LSU. U of M pounded the Irish earlier this year, no need for a rematch.

lsu no doubt.
the irish don't deserve a bcs game this season.
i miss the traditional rose bowls when it showcased the best of the big 10 & big 10. it's weird to have an sec team like lsu or a big 12 team like texas playing in pasadena.

If Michigan does not play in the BCS title game, they'll play in the Rose Bowl, we already saw them destroy Notre Dame this year so LSU would make much more sense

LSU should get it. LSU has played a tougher schedule and that will come out in LSUs favor.
