I prefer dogs because personally I think they are more playful and I have two of my own.

I love both as I have 4 cats and a dog but I have almost reluctantly become a cat person over the last few years...they all were strays or their mom was..the last two I adopted their mom had just died and they were only about two weeks old...I dropper fed them and made a pact with them that if they lived they would have a home forever...they are doing great now and are about 5 months old...I have fallen in love with the little imps and they get along well with my other two critters...
