Clarence Seedorf of NETHERLANDS is the only player to have won 3 UEFA Champions' League with 3 different clubs, Ajax Amsterdam in 1995, Real Madrid CF in 1998 & AC Milan in 2003.

Yeah at the moment that is a record. Anyway it's Clarence Seedorf who has won it 3 times. The first with Ajax when they beat AC Milan :( in the CL final of 1995 then with Real Madrid when they beat Juventus in 1998 and the last time with Milan in 2003 when they beat Juventus after the penalty shoot outs :)
