Not at all. Our "clock time" has nothing to do with the thermodynamics of the solar system. To call 1:00 p.m. 12:00 noon,say, has no bearing on energy delivered by the Sun. There are still the same number of calories delivered in any given time period.

It will have no effect on the ''solar heat distribution'' on Earth, but it may have some effect on the manmade heat distribution due to the heat output of cars and industrial production.
