every fake tan i use smells awful when its developing is there one i can use that doesn't ?
and doesnt end up streaky ?

no they all smell that way cuz they all use the same ingredient - dihydrogyacetone... there's 1000 brands, but the only differences are the fillers.
the least streaky is that jergens daily glow one where you put it on every day and it adds a TINY bit of color - so even if there are streaks, you wont see them. it smells less also cuz it has less dihydrogyacetone - but you can still smell it a little.

The all stink. It's horrible. Best to make sure you do on the night where there's no one around.
Funnily enough, I smell the same stink off my skin if i've just been for a sunbed That's weird!!

They all stink. I use Banana Boat's,less smell than the others and dries fast!

mix some coffee granules with some milk and rub in thurally. Oh hold on that smells as well.

They will never smell awful...
