You should see some of the people running the fells . I think 80 was the oldest male competitor and still is going strong.

Yea and also No. As with anything you can over do running and actually run yourself into the grave. Yes it does happen.

Running or exercise is good for all of us and we should get enough to have a healthy life.

Many and in fact most of us do not get proper exercise so those that run more in that sence do live longer.

By "run", do you mean jogging / exercise? Or do you mean people who are "on the run" all the time, i.e. really busy or frantic?

If it's the former, I'd say NO, and that they'd probably live longer than folks who don't run.

If it's the latter, then the answer might be YES, especially if they are stressed all the time and don't take time to relax.

I would like to believe they do die earlier.

There was this health documentary about running. Shocking the damage thats caused to your body by your fit pounding at the pavement.. earth's suface, and builds up over time.

Cycling much healthing and excercises more muscles too.

I don't think so. George Burns was 100 and did not jog. A WWI vet just passed at 111 and he did not job. As for me, I don't need to exercise to know I'm out of shape.

I don't really know. But people could go at anytime.My friends mom runs a lot and eats healthy and does yoga and she is doing fine.As long as your diet is good and you keep exercising you should be OK.

ofcouse not. running is a sport and sports like jogging, running, swiming are perscribe by doctors for better blood circulation.
If anything... running makes u live longer and makes u healthier.

if they are old and if they are having some health problems it really might be a problem .espicially when the weather is hot .to prevent it they could take a bottle of water with them.
