what happened with the father of ugly betty when the immigration came to look for him?

They arrested him in "Lose The Boss?" (11/23), but he was back in "Fake Plastic Snow" (11/30). I think he will have a deportation hearing to attend sometime soon.

I missed last weeks episode. I don't think Ugly Betty is going to live thru more than 1 or 2 years.
