Wow. what a great question. My friend u r very much right. Who will? That is the answer. Excepting a "WHO" (A person term as true human being)others understands the Indian politicians.Others r oppoutunists. Criminals,irregular power huners,psycic & subnormals. I didn't said MAD or Abnormals! .
