This is because it involves many skills and you need years of practice to play this game. You need to have stamina, reflex and strength. Just look at my favourite tennis player and you'll understand why I say so.

Australian rules footy. It has all the elements that make for a good spectator sport pace, phisicality, scoring But best of all it is able to played in pretty much any town/city in Australia

I played baseball football and hockey but the sport that gave me a good work out and a rush was paintball!

Darts. No kidding. It can be played by all ages and all sexes and does not require ridiculous levels of fitness or drug use. It's also very cheap to get into and you don't need a team to get started.

Canadian-rules football. Bigger field, much more offence and much more excitement than the American version -- and I've seen both.
